We are looking for a motivated Fresher Civil Site Engineer to support and monitor daily construction activities at project sites. The candidate will work under senior engineers and site supervisors while gaining hands-on experience in site execution, measurements, quality checking, drawings, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution and Supervision:

Assist senior engineers in managing daily construction activities at project sites.

Monitor construction work according to approved civil and structural drawings and specifications.

Ensure work is executed according to the required dimensions, levels, and alignment.

Assist in monitoring project progress and completion timelines.

Quality And Construction Work Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.

Assist in inspecting RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work.

Participate in regular site inspections and report quality-related issues.

Ensure construction activities are carried out according to required standards and specifications.

Measurements And Documentation Take and maintain accurate site measurements.

Assist with basic quantity calculations.

Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.

Assist in preparing and maintaining construction-related documentation.

Coordination And Material Management Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and site supervisors.

Assist with material planning and ensure proper utilization of materials.





Identify site-related issues and report them to the senior engineer or project manager.

Coordinate with different teams to support smooth project execution.

Safety And Site Discipline Follow established safety standards and construction site procedures.

Promote proper safety practices and site discipline.

Support senior engineers in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
