Job Responsibilities:

- Assist senior engineers in daily project activities and site execution
- Supervise structural repair, retrofitting, rehabilitation & waterproofing works
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, labour teams and site personnel
- Monitor work quality, project progress and site activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues
- Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned projects

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of construction materials, methods & site practices
- Experience in structural repairs, rehabilitation, retrofitting or waterproofing is preferred
- Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel and work at PAN-India project locations
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the construction field
