Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and execute residential high-rise construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, RCC and Mivan construction, finishing works, contractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of assigned activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in RCC, Mivan shuttering, concrete works, finishing, waterproofing, gypsum works, and residential high-rise construction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Site Management

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor manpower deployment and effective utilization of resources.
- Ensure assigned activities are completed within defined timelines.

2. RCC & Structural Works

- Supervise RCC activities including columns, beams, slabs, footings, and other structural works.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC and Conventinal
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
- Coordinate with structural consultants for technical and execution-related issues.

3. Finishing Works

- Supervise plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, gypsum, and other finishing activities.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of finishing works.
- Monitor and coordinate snag rectification and handover activities.

Quality & Safety

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship.
- Ensure construction activities follow approved quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with the safety team to maintain a safe working environment.

5. Planning & Coordination

- Review construction drawings and coordinate with architects and consultants.
- Prepare daily/weekly work progress reports for management.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor site inventory.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Residential high-rise project experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan construction and RCC works.
- Knowledge of finishing works, gypsum, waterproofing, plastering, tiling, and flooring.
- Experience in handling contractors, labour, and site teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Robust technical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on experience in residential high-rise projects.
- Should be capable of independently handling day-to-day site activities.
- Exposure to Mivan construction and finishing works will be preferred.

Note: Candidates with relevant experience in residential high-rise construction and Mivan projects will be preferred. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
