Civil Engineer – Building Construction Site

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil and building construction activities at site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and site teams.
- Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring and other building construction activities.
- Check quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings and construction plans.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment required for site activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Coordinate with the planning and project teams to achieve daily and weekly targets.




- Check measurements and support preparation of quantity/BOQ records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the construction site.
- Monitor work progress and report delays or deviations to management.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of building construction and civil site execution.
- Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry and finishing works.
- Ability to read civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, measurements and BOQ.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic construction software.
- Robust site supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
