Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, vendors, and other departments.
- Check measurements and maintain proper records of executed work.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ, quantity calculations, DPR/MPR, work progress reports, and site documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity at the site.
- Ensure quality of construction work as per applicable standards and specifications.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, foundations, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with the design/engineering team regarding drawings, revisions, and site-related technical issues.
- Identify site problems and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and report delays or deviations.




- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely execution of work.
- Ensure proper utilization and measurement of construction materials.
- Maintain site records, checklists, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and site safety standards.
- Assist in billing, certification of contractor bills, and verification of quantities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report project status to management.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction and EPC Project Execution.
- Knowledge of RCC, foundations, structural works, masonry, concrete, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, and measurements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and contractors effectively.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
