Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role located in Canada.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising civil engineering projects such as site development, infrastructure works, and stormwater management systems. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical drawings and specifications, performing calculations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves conducting site visits, monitoring construction progress, resolving engineering issues,



and preparing reports and documentation.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to align project delivery with client expectations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, including knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and materials.
- Demonstrated experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure or land development projects, with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management systems, drainage design, and related environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with CAD and civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with clients and contractors.
