Civil Engineer - IT Campus Construction

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and execute civil construction activities for a large-scale IT Campus project in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor management, quality control, progress monitoring, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Quality Management
- Implement quality control procedures and construction best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of civil works, materials, and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and statutory regulations.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.

Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and resources for smooth project execution.
- Review construction schedules and support the project team in achieving timelines.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

Contractor & Vendor Management
- Supervise contractor performance and productivity.
- Verify work measurements and contractor billing.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of materials.

Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and HSE guidelines.
- Participate in safety audits and implement corrective measures.
- Promote a safe and accident-free working environment.

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Report project status,



challenges, and resource requirements to management.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Experience in IT Parks, Commercial Buildings, Corporate Campuses, Institutional Projects, or Large Infrastructure Developments preferred.
