We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cinema Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations and business performance of our cinema.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cinema/multiplex operations and the ability to manage the cinema as a business, with a transparent focus on Revenue, Cost Control, Customer Experience and Profit & Loss (P&L;).

? Key Responsibilities• Manage complete day-to-day cinema operations across all screens

- Take ownership of Cinema P&L; and overall profitability

• Drive revenue through ticket sales, F&B;/Candy Bar, advertising and bulk bookings

• Monitor and improve Occupancy, ATP, SPH and other key cinema KPIs

• Prepare and monitor monthly budgets, revenue targets and operating expenses

• Control operational costs and identify opportunities for cost savings

• Manage movie programming, show scheduling and screen utilization

• Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall, revenue and profitability

• Handle distributors, movie releases, bookings and commercial coordination

• Manage cinema staff, rosters, productivity, grooming and performance

• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, hygiene, statutory and operational requirements

• Monitor cinema equipment, housekeeping, security, projection, sound, AC and overall facility performance

• Drive bulk bookings,



corporate bookings and promotional activities

• Analyse daily/weekly/monthly MIS and take corrective actions based on performance

• Coordinate with Head Office/Management and provide regular business and operational reports

? Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:

✅ Has 3–7 years of relevant experience in cinema/multiplex operations

✅ Has previously managed a cinema or multiplex

✅ Has strong understanding of Cinema P&L; and financial management

✅ Is commercially driven and understands how to increase revenue and reduce costs

✅ Has hands-on experience with cinema KPIs such as Occupancy, ATP, SPH, F&B; Revenue and Cost %

✅ Has strong leadership and team-management skills

✅ Can independently handle operational challenges and make business decisions

✅ Is comfortable working with MIS, budgets and performance reports

✅ Has excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
