We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Chinese cuisine and be able to prepare flavorful, high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency and hygiene.

Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese dishes, including fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, chili chicken, chili paneer, schezwan dishes, and other menu items.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, and other ingredients required for Chinese cooking.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Manage the Chinese cooking station during busy service.
- Follow restaurant recipes and food-quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Properly store and handle ingredients.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.




- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Chinese chef or Chinese cuisine cook preferred.
- Good knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
