- Kitchen SOP, HACCP, FSSAI hygiene aur food-safety standards follow karna.

- Mise-en-place, sauces, stocks aur ingredients ki daily preparation maintain karna.

- Food quality, consistency aur freshness ensure karna.

- Raw material ka proper storage, labelling aur FIFO maintain karna.

- Section ki cleanliness, hygiene aur equipment maintenance ensure karna.

- Junior chefs/commis ko daily work mein guide aur train karna.

- Service team ke saath proper coordination karke KOT ke according timely orders dispatch karna.

- Food wastage aur food cost control mein contribute karna.

- Sous Chef/Head Chef ke instructions aur daily responsibilities ko properly follow karna.

- Busy operations mein section ko independently manage karna aur service smooth rakhna.
