We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to own retail, omnichannel, and digital commerce technology — building the platforms and customer experience that will carry the brand through 4x store growth. /n /n Position: Chief Technology Officer /n Experience : 15+ years /n Location: Mumbai /n /n THE ROLE /n This is a builder's mandate, not a maintainer's role. /n You will spend the first 6–8 months hands-on — doing the groundwork yourself before scaling a team — as you help transition a founder-led culture into a professionally managed one, while preserving the trust and values built over eight decades. /n /n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /n ● Define and own the retail and digital commerce technology roadmap to support scaling from 12 to 51 stores /n ● Select and implement POS and store-management systems that scale across a rapidly growing network /n ● Build or upgrade the e-commerce platform and mobile app for a seamless omnichannel journey /n ● Implement CRM and loyalty systems suited to a high-trust, high-value jewellery brand /n ● Build commerce data infrastructure and analytics to support merchandising and expansion decisions /n ● Partner with the Head of IT on integration with core ERP, infrastructure,
