Mandatory Requirements

- 12–18 years of overall experience in the Residential Real Estate industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at CXO / Business Head / Senior Leadership level.
- Candidate must have strong experience in Business Strategy, P&L; Management and overall business operations.
- Investor Relations / Promoter / Board-level stakeholder management experience is required.

Must have handled / led all major business functions. This is mandatory:

- CRM / Customer Experience
- Finance & Accounts
- HR & Administration

Candidate should have end-to-end responsibility for the residential real estate business, rather than being a specialist/function head. Robust experience in business growth, revenue, profitability, budgeting and strategic decision-making.

Should be comfortable working directly with Promoters / Investors / Board / Senior Management.

Native of Tamil Nadu preferred/required.

Candidates currently outside Chennai are eligible only if they are willing to relocate to Chennai.

Excellent leadership, people-management and commercial acumen.
