The product is live, the team is two founders, and you'd be the first marketing hire.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN All of marketing, end to end. You decide the strategy and channels; we judge results.
- Positioning and messaging — AI governance is not a category buyers understand yet. Your job is making them understand it and want it.
- Brand — how Niyoos looks, sounds, and earns credibility in a market full of AI hype.
- Content and organic growth — you own what gets created, where it lives, and why.
- Website — copy, conversion, and everything a prospect sees before talking to us.
- Demand generation — a repeatable pipeline of qualified companies entering founder-led sales conversations. Which channels get you there — content, paid, community, events, partnerships,
outbound support — is your call to make and defend.
- Product marketing — launches, feature announcements, case studies as customers come in.
- Measurement — you report what's working with numbers, not vibes. Every channel you pick earns its place or gets cut.
WHAT WE NEED • 3–6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, some of it at early stage where you did the work with your own hands
- Published writing you can show us
- Enough technical comfort to explain an API proxy to a CTO without embarrassing anyone
- Bias toward shipping. We'd rather have a decent post today than a perfect one next month.
