Role & responsibilities
Develop long term financial forecasts, manage capital structure and align resources with the Companys growth objectives.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, oversee audits and manage corporate insurance policies.
Supervise the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensure full transparency and comply with accounting standards.
Monitor liquidity, oversee budgets, optimize tax strategies and manage investment opportunities.
Act as the primary financial spokesperson, presenting to the board of directors, banks and investors.
Guide mergers and acquisitions (M & A), funding rounds and potential IPO Process.
Preferred candidate profile
Fully Qualified Charted Accountant (CA).
10 to 12 years of experience in Jewellery / Retail / FMCG / Telecom.
Currently Candidates working as CFOs will be preferred
