Key Responsibilities:

To supervise and mentor Field Chemist Executives, providing guidance and support.

To lead complex troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for clients in the electroplating industry.

To conduct advanced product demonstrations and technical training for clients.

To oversee the execution of chemical trials and resolution of production issues.

To develop and implement strategies for process improvement and customer satisfaction.

To prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to management and clients.

To coordinate with the regional manager to align field activities with company objectives.

To oversee the installation of recent PROGRESSIVE processes or systems at customer facilities, including planning and managing all aspects of installation.

To run chemical trials and address customer production issues effectively.





To achieve sales and performance targets for specific geographic areas as set by the Regional Sales Manager.

To ensure all PROGRESSIVE customer processes perform to satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency.

To report on achievements, customer feedback, and any competitor information to the Regional Sales Manager.

To submit daily reports to the Regional Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and achievements Multitasking.

- Plating Chemicals sales: 2 years (Required)
