Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of relevant experience to independently handle client engagements across our core practice areas, with a focus on bank credit documentation and GST/compliance work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review CMA data, DPRs, appraisal notes, and drawing power statements for bank credit proposals (working capital and term loan)

- Draft CA certificates — net worth, turnover, stock/book debts, end-use of funds

- Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1/3B filings, reconciliations, and drafting replies to Show Cause Notices

- Assist with company law filings — board resolutions, MOA/AOA, INC forms, Section 8 conversions

- Prepare and finalize financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet) for various entity types

- Support commercial drafting — partnership deeds, LLP agreements, sale/HUF deeds

- Liaise directly with clients and bank officials as required

- Supervise and review work of article assistants/juniors

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
