Chartered Accountant - Finance & Compliance Location: Kolkata - Experience: 2-3 Years Post Qualification

Job Summary

We are looking for a Qualified CA to independently manage the complete Accounts, Taxation, Legal & Compliance functions for a group comprising 5-6 NBFCs and 2-3 Real Estate companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and accounts finalization for multiple group companies.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other taxation matters.
- Manage ROC/MCA, statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Handle/coordinate NBFC/RBI compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, CS, legal and tax consultants.




- Support merger, company surrender/closure and restructuring activities.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS and other reports for management.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance across all group entities.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years PQE.
- Experience in NBFC / Financial Services / Real Estate / Group Companies preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Accounting, Taxation, Compliance and Finalization.
- Exposure to RBI, ROC/MCA and multiple-entity accounting preferred.
- Merger/amalgamation or company closure experience will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to work independently and manage multiple entities.
