JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and strengthen the Finance & Accounts function of our manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for financial accounting, plant finance, costing, inventory control, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS, budgeting, audit and financial analysis.

1. CA – FRESHER / NEWLY QUALIFIED

Experience: 0–2 Years / Newly Qualified CA

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Preparation and review of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Bank, vendor and customer reconciliation.
- Assist in GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.
- Assist in GST reconciliation and documentation.
- Support statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Assist in product costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Monitor Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods accounting.
- Assist in standard vs. actual cost variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
- Support inventory reconciliation and physical stock verification.
- Work with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and Operations teams.
- Maintain and analyse financial data through ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel.

Candidate Profile
- CA – Qualified / Recently Qualified – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Audit and Costing.




- Good understanding of manufacturing processes preferred.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Article ship experience in Manufacturing / Audit / Taxation will be an advantage.

1. CA – EXPERIENCED

Experience: 3–5+ Years Industry Experience: Manufacturing / Plant Finance preferred

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

- Manage complete Finance & Accounts operations.
- Ensure timely monthly and annual financial closing.
- Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and accounting schedules.
- Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Working Capital.

Manufacturing Finance & Costing

- Manage product and process costing.
- Analyse Raw Material, Labour, Power and Manufacturing Overheads.
- Monitor Standard Cost vs. Actual Cost.
- Analyse production variances, wastage and cost inefficiencies.
- Support cost reduction and profitability improvement initiatives.

Inventory Control

- Monitor Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods and Scrap.
- Review inventory valuation and reconciliation.
- Analyse slow-moving, non-moving and excess inventory.
- Coordinate periodic physical stock verification.

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax compliance.




- Review GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit.
- Coordinate tax assessments, notices and consultants.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance.

Audit & Internal Control

- Coordinate Statutory, Internal, Tax and Cost Audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Close audit observations within defined timelines.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.

MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L; and financial analysis.
- Prepare product-wise / plant-wise profitability reports.
- Prepare Budget vs. Actual and variance reports.
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Prepare annual Budget / AOP.
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Prepare monthly forecasting and variance analysis.
- Support management in financial planning.

ERP & Systems

- Strong knowledge of SAP / Tally / ERP.
- Ensure accuracy of finance, inventory and costing data in ERP.
- Develop and improve MIS and reporting systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
