Role Description As a Chartered Accountant – Co Founder at Verdicto, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, where you will collaborate closely with the founding team to refine the business model, pricing structures, and financial planning for scalable operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing accounting and compliance, monitoring tax and GST matters, and ensuring that internal controls and reporting standards meet regulatory and investor expectations. You will contribute to building and improving service offerings for users,



including consultation workflows and documentation review processes, and may participate in high-value client consultations when needed. The role also involves mentoring team members, supporting fundraising and investor relations, and providing strategic input on technology, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) with valid membership and strong grounding in accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience in tax, GST, compliance, and advisory work for individuals, startups, SMEs, or enterprises, with the ability to interpret and apply Indian regulations.
- Background in financial planning, budgeting, and cash-flow management, preferably in a technology, fintech, or professional services setting.
- Demonstrated experience in building or scaling a business, co-founding, or working in early-stage startups, with an entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex legal and financial concepts into clear, practical guidance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams.
- Comfort with technology platforms, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality and compliance; willingness to be actively involved in on-site leadership in Noida.
