Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee financial accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, audits, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting standards and taxation, and the ability to work independently while supporting management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and financial records.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances within applicable timelines.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support statutory audit requirements.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and other account reconciliations.

- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital.

- Review expenses, invoices, purchase/sales documentation, and financial controls.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act requirements, and tax regulations.

- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and control gaps and recommend corrective actions.

- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting,



costing, financial analysis, and business decisions.

- Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors, tax professionals, and other external stakeholders.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet statutory deadlines.

Experience & Qualification

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

- 25 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.

- Experience in taxation, audit, financial reporting, and ERP-based accounting will be an advantage.
