Role & responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, performance, project progress & reviews
2. Preparation and critically analysing variance between budgeted and actual
3. Timely preparation & submission of direct & indirect taxes compliance reports, forms & returns
4. Good working knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements.
Preferred candidate profile
1. CA with 3-5 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred
2. Robust ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
3. Ability to communicate with Financial Institutions, due-diligence agencies, people of various technical and business backgrounds, Auditors etc.
