Role Overview The Channel Manager – Business Associate is responsible for driving business through the existing channel and its associated Business Associates/Relationship Managers under the parent brand. The role owns end-to-end channel sales support for the full suite of wealth and insurance products, and ensures associates are onboarded, trained, and equipped to grow existing business relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel Business Associates to drive

consistent business growth.
- Provide complete product and sales support across Mutual Funds, Bonds, Loans, Equity, PMS

(Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), General Insurance, Health Insurance, and Life Insurance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners on product queries, sales strategy, and

business planning.
- Support and grow existing business relationships within the assigned channel network.
- Coordinate regular training sessions for Business Associates and Relationship Managers on

products, processes, and market updates.
- Keep the channel network updated on new product launches, scheme changes,



and regulatory

updates across all product lines.
- Onboard and train newly added Relationship Managers/Associates, including guidance on

brochures, sales collateral, and pitch material.
- Work closely with the Head – Wealth Management to align channel strategy with overall business

objectives.
- Track channel performance and provide regular reporting and feedback to management.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Prior experience in channel sales / business associate management within wealth management,

banking, or financial services.
- Solid product knowledge across investment and insurance categories.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to train and mentor Business Associates and Relationship Managers.
- Self-driven with strong ownership of business targets.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
