Role Description The Chaat Maker will be responsible for preparing a variety of chaat items and related snacks according to Kailash Parbat’s recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include ingredient preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation, ensuring timely service during peak hours, and coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to deliver a smooth guest experience. The role also involves monitoring food freshness, following food safety protocols, and adjusting flavors and textures to meet brand expectations and guest preferences.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kodagu.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in chaat preparation, including cutting, mixing, plating, and garnishing.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintaining kitchen hygiene, following food safety standards, and managing ingredients and stock.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, working efficiently during busy service hours, and coordinating with team members.
- Candidates should possess customer-focused skills, including attention to presentation, flavor consistency, and responsiveness to guest feedback.
- Relevant experience working in Indian cuisine or street food environments, preferably in a qualified restaurant setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active kitchen tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of local language and/or English to communicate with team members and customers.
- Willingness to follow Kailash Parbat’s standard operating procedures and participate in training to maintain brand quality.
