About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Head to oversee the overall operations, academic excellence, admissions, business growth, and team management of the centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, achieving enrolment targets, maintaining strong relationships with parents and stakeholders, and leading the centre team towards organizational goals.

What you'll do

Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure smooth functioning.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise academic, administrative, and support staff.
- Drive student admissions and achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student enrolment and retention.
- Monitor academic performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and local communities.
- Handle escalations, grievances, and operational challenges effectively.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to enhance centre visibility.
- Generate MIS reports and provide periodic updates to management.





What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational administration, centre management, branch operations, or a leadership role.
- Proven experience in admissions, business development, and team management.
- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital management tools.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management skills.
