nMedia Vantage is a fast-growing Media & Entertainment company specializing in celebrity management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and talent representation. We are looking for a commercially driven Talent Manager to represent celebrities, artists, influencers, and content creators while driving their business growth.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage and represent celebrities, artists, influencers, and creators.
n
- Secure brand endorsements, advertising campaigns, OTT projects, films, web series, events, and strategic partnerships.
n
- Build relationships with brands, advertising agencies, casting directors, production houses, studios, OTT platforms, and media partners.
n
- Negotiate commercial deals, contracts, talent fees, and partnership agreements.
n
- Collaborate with internal Brand Partnerships and Talent teams to ensure successful execution.
n




- Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets for assigned talent.
n

nIdeal Candidate

n

n
- 3–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Celebrity Management, Brand Partnerships, Artist Management, or Entertainment Business Development.
n
- Solid network across brands, agencies, casting directors, production houses, and entertainment companies.
n
- Proven ability to generate revenue through commercial partnerships.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
