Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Handle customer payments, process returns, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to manage sales, inventory, and customer information.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, including cash handling and reconciliations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to questions and resolving issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience as a Cashier or related role in retail or hospitality industry.
- Robust understanding of cash handling procedures and petty cash management practices.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic computer skills for data entry purposes.
