Role Description The CardioTherapy Calling Intern will support Lupin Digital Health’s chronic care programs by engaging with users enrolled in cardiovascular therapy initiatives. This internship role is based on-site in Thane and involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to patients, explaining therapy programs, clarifying usage of digital tools, and encouraging adherence to prescribed care plans.
The intern will document interactions accurately, update patient records,
and escalate clinical or technical concerns to the appropriate internal teams. The role also includes coordinating follow-ups, gathering user feedback, and collaborating with health coaches and operations teams to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and build trust over phone calls.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using mobile apps, CRM tools, or call management systems.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and protocols while exercising sound judgment in patient interactions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Interest in healthcare, digital health, or chronic care management; prior exposure to healthcare or customer support is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Thane and surrounding areas.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in healthcare, life sciences, psychology, social work, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
