Car Sales Executive –

Job Responsibilities

Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, online inquiries, and referrals.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cars.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.

Negotiate prices and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales.

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.

Stay updated on new car models, features,



offers, and competitor products.

Requirements

12th pass or graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-oriented with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Basic knowledge of automobiles is preferred.

Ability to achieve sales targets.

Valid driving licence preferred.

Customer-focused and presentable personality.
