About the Role /n Delhi Public School, Sector 67A, Gurugram is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cambridge Program Coordinator to lead the implementation and delivery of the Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes. The role involves providing academic leadership, ensuring curriculum excellence, supporting teachers, and maintaining compliance with Cambridge International standards. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and oversee the implementation of Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.

/n

- Ensure effective curriculum planning, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance.

/n

- Mentor and support teachers in Cambridge pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment practices.

/n

- Coordinate curriculum reviews, lesson observations, and academic audits.

/n

- Monitor student performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

/n

- Liaise with Cambridge International and manage all related documentation and compliance requirements.

/n





- Organize professional development programmes and training for faculty.

/n

- Work closely with school leadership to strengthen academic standards and student outcomes.

/n /n /n Eligibility & Experience /n /n

- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.

/n

- Proven experience within the Cambridge International curriculum framework.

/n

- Currently serving as a Cambridge Coordinator in an established Cambridge school or

/n

- An experienced Senior Teacher/Academic Leader aspiring to move into a curriculum leadership role.

/n

- Solid understanding of Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.

/n

- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
