About the Role

NDelhi Public School, Sector 67A, Gurugram is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cambridge Program Coordinator to lead the implementation and delivery of the Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes. The role involves providing academic leadership, ensuring curriculum excellence, supporting teachers, and maintaining compliance with Cambridge International standards.

N n Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the implementation of Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.
N
- Ensure effective curriculum planning, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance.
N
- Mentor and support teachers in Cambridge pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment practices.
N
- Coordinate curriculum reviews, lesson observations, and academic audits.
N
- Monitor student performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
N
- Liaise with Cambridge International and manage all related documentation and compliance requirements.
N




- Organize career development programmes and training for faculty.
N
- Work closely with school leadership to strengthen academic standards and student outcomes.

n n Eligibility&

Experience

N

n
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline;

B.Ed. preferred.

n
- Proven experience within the Cambridge International curriculum framework.
N
- Currently serving as a Cambridge Coordinator in an established Cambridge school or
N
- An experienced Senior Teacher/Academic Leader aspiring to move into a curriculum leadership role.

- Strong understanding ofCambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.

- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
