**We are looking for a Cafe Manager for Kochi location

Working Time : 02 PM to 12AM

Qualifications**

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- 2-7 years of experience with food beverage and food service operations, including quality control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Sales skills, with the ability to promote menu items, support upselling, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management role is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team in a quick-paced environment.
- Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
