We are looking to hire CA Article Trainees to join our growing GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Service Line.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, IFC, Compliance, Process Reviews and Digital Transformation Initiatives while working with diverse clients and experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Hands-on execution of Internal Audits and process reviews
- Direct interaction with process owners and client teams
- Exposure to risk assessment walkthroughs, control testing and remediation
- Practical experience in IFC, ERM Compliance, SOPs and Process Audits
- Opportunity to work on Fraud Investigations, Forensic Reviews, Mystery Shopping and Data Analytics
- Exposure to diverse industries and international clients
- Direct learning and interaction with senior professionals and leadership

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting concepts




- Keen interest in Internal Audit, Risk Management and Governance
- Ability to understand business processes, risks, SOPs and controls
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, presentation and report-writing skills
- Willingness to travel to client locations
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
