About the Role

We are looking for a C++ Game Developer to join our team and work on Minecraft-related projects, gameplay features, and systems.

We are open to candidates from different backgrounds. You may be:

- A Minecraft developer with strong C++ knowledge
- A C++ game developer with some knowledge of Minecraft
- A game developer with experience in similar sandbox or game development environments

Minecraft development experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you have strong C++ and game programming fundamentals, we can provide training and guidance to help you learn the required Minecraft development workflow. This role is available as remote or on-site in Hyderabad , depending on the candidate and project requirements.

The initial engagement will be on a commission basis. Candidates who successfully transition into the regular role will be offered compensation in the ₹25,000–₹30,000 range based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement gameplay features and systems using C++
- Work on Minecraft-related features, mods, and gameplay systems




- Translate game design concepts into functional gameplay
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Debug and resolve technical and performance issues
- Test and optimize game systems
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members
- Participate in code reviews and iterative development
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and stability

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of C++
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Understanding of fundamental game programming concepts
- Knowledge of gameplay systems such as game loops, input systems, physics, or scripting
- Some knowledge or experience with Minecraft development/modding is preferred but not mandatory
- Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Ability to debug and optimize real-time applications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Familiarity with Git/version control is a plus
- A degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered
