Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and contribute to sales growth for our GPS tracking and telematics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through calls, leads, references, and other sources.
- Identify and approach potential clients, dealers, distributors, fleet owners, and businesses.
- Explain products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows,



and business meetings when required.

Requirements
- Graduate in any stream. MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Positive communication, convincing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Confidence in lead generation and client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and CRM tools.
- Hindi & English communication skills preferred.
- Experience in GPS, Telecom, Automobile, Electronics, SaaS, or Field Sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
