The executive is responsible for driving enrollments by making outbound calls to prospective students and parents, promoting aviation programs like Airline & Airport Management and Cabin Crew training, conducting career guidance seminars in colleges and schools, and converting inquiries into admissions while meeting monthly targets. The job also involves developing new business opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions, identifying potential franchise partners, and maintaining strong follow-ups through CRM.





Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing with at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education sector, along with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel locally. The position offers a competitive package of 3 to 8 LPA with incentives, health insurance, and career growth opportunities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
