We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business Support Consultant to join our dynamic team across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities

- RFP & Questionnaire Management: Lead or support the end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) and consultant questionnaire response process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Investment Expertise: Apply a solid understanding of investment products and services (equities, fixed income, issuer communications) to accurately articulate the firm's capabilities in client-facing documents.
- Quality Control: Serve as a peer reviewer and proofreader for complex client documents, ensuring impeccable accuracy in grammar, spelling, consistency, and adherence to firm standards .
- Business Acumen: Maintain a deep understanding of the investment business, including aspects of Fintech and the firm's product suite.




- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively with various teams on large client requests, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines .
- Technology Utilization: Operate proficiently across all Microsoft applications and be comfortable engaging with modern automation tools in the client setting (e.g., RPA, Power Automation, Automation Anywhere ).

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 + years of relevant professional experience.
- Domain Expertise: Must have experience in the Asset Management field.
- Education: BA/BS degree (preferably in business or economics) or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Soft Skills: Proven strong organizational skills , excellent written and oral communication skills , and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the RFP process .
