1. Replying inquiries to the customers for their product requirements.
2. Manage sample requests, sending samples for their evaluation, dispatch schedules.

3. Follow up for their commercial requirement upon sample approval.
4. Co-ordinate with logistics for the shipment status of different customers.
5. Manage internal and external workflows, ensuring that sample requests, commercial documentation, and regulatory queries move smoothly between manufacturing sites and clients.
6. Maintain sales databases and generate customer-specific MIS reports.

7. Coordinate with Logistics, Quality Assurance and Quality Control to resolve queries.

8. Knowledge of basic regulatory documents (such as DMF or CEP). Understanding of cGMP, API manufacturing processes, and supply chain logistics.
9. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and robust communication.
