Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Operations Executive to support our USA Freight Brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Business Development team by managing operational activities, maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, robust communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to business growth.

- Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

- Shift Timings: 06:30 PM - 03:30 AM (Night Shift)

- Experience Level: 6 months or above (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Business Development team with day-to-day operational activities.

- Maintain and update CRM, lead databases, and sales records accurately.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and operational processes.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.

- Track leads, customer follow-ups, and business development activities.

- Generate reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and operational metrics.

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors,



and new business opportunities.

- Assist in maintaining customer relationships by ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal business processes.

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

- Stay updated with industry trends and freight brokerage best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (preferred). Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Basic understanding of freight brokerage, logistics, or sales operations will be an added advantage.
