Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a energetic and experienced professional to lead and manage the two-wheeler loan sales portfolio within the Sales department. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in vehicle financing. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. This position requires a proactive leader capable of analyzing market trends, developing innovative sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention in the two-wheeler financing segment.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed two-wheeler loan disbursement targets.
- Manage and expand the two-wheeler loan portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs,



and potential risks in the two-wheeler financing market.
- Collaborate with credit, risk, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to design and launch targeted campaigns and customized financial products for two-wheeler customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other channel partners to maximize sales reach.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer grievances and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive process improvements to streamline loan disbursement and documentation, enhancing operational efficiency.
