We’re looking for someone who understands business, spots opportunities, and knows how to turn them into results.
You’ll work across client acquisition, sales, business development, and operations, with direct exposure to the founding team.
What you’ll do
- Identify and acquire potential clients
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals
- Build outreach and lead-generation strategies
- Identify current business opportunities
- Manage and improve day-to-day operations
- Work with the founding team on growth initiatives
We’re looking for
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ambition, initiative, and a strong sales instinct
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership
- Genuine interest in business, growth, and operations
? Compensation
Commission-based.
The more business you bring in, the more you earn. No fixed earning ceiling.
