**Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities for Bright Light Films in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role involves prospecting and building a qualified pipeline, conducting client meetings, and presenting tailored media and branding solutions that align with client objectives. The role includes preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals, while maintaining robust relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.





The Executive will collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to translate client needs into effective project briefs and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities also include market research, tracking industry trends, maintaining CRM records, and reporting on sales performance and growth ini tiatives. Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with a focus on B2B services or media/creative industries.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify target segments, and develop outreach strategies that generate qualified leads.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to articulate creative and technical solutions in clear business terms.
- Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, or production teams to shape proposals and project scopes that meet client needs and budgets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking, and basic reporting to monitor pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Understanding of branding, digital media, and video production services (corporate films, commercials, digital content) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative workplace with clear performance targets.

Salary Fixed Salary of INR 30000 PM plus incentives and Annual Bonus .**
