Position: Direct Sales / Business Development Manager (Direct Channel) Location: Nagpur Office (Commercial Hubs: Dharampeth, Sadar, or Sitabuldi) Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹50,000 / month (Typically structured as Base Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Variable Incentives) Core Job Responsibilities Direct Customer Acquisition: Pitch, negotiate, and convert direct business leads (B2B or B2C) without third-party intermediaries. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify prospective clients through direct field outreach, referrals, or corporate connections. Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key accounts, understand business requirements, and deliver tailored presentations or product demos. Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth by reaching monthly sales, conversion, and revenue benchmarks.

Key Requirements & Eligibility Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field. Experience:



1 to 5 years in Direct Selling, Field Sales, B2B Business Development, or Financial Product Acquisition. Skills: Strong negotiation skills, fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (Marathi), plus client-facing confidence. Locational Mobility: Based out of the Nagpur branch with flexibility for local field visits across the Vidarbha region.

Income

Breakdown (Standard ₹50,000 Model) Fixed Base Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 / month Performance Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000+ / month (Directly dependent on monthly target completion and commission slabs) * Additional Allowances: Mobile and local travel reimbursements

Pay: ₹14,110.08 - ₹58,460.25 per month
