Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, developing outreach plans, managing client communication, and presenting academy programs to prospective partners.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, tracking performance metrics, and providing timely reports on business development activities.



The specialist will be expected to represent Industry Ready Academy professionally at meetings, events, and presentations, contributing to sustainable growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and performance data for informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal coordination.
