As we move our products into the market, we are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Business Development & Sales Lead to help build and lead Zexovo's sales function.

- Build and execute Zexovo's sales and business development strategy
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across India and international markets
- Manage and guide our SDR and business development team
- Develop sales outreach strategies across calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and client meetings
- Qualify opportunities and manage the complete sales pipeline
- Work closely with the Founder, Product Managers, and technical teams
- Help convert qualified prospects into paying customers
- Track sales performance and improve the overall sales process
- Identify customer requirements and provide market feedback to the product team
- Help establish a scalable sales process as Zexovo grows

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or a similar role
- Experience generating leads and closing B2B deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Ability to independently build and execute sales strategies
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is a plus
- Strong understanding of SaaS and technology products
- A target-driven and highly proactive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup workplace
