• Build and expand a robust candidate database through active candidate outreach.
• Connect with candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking .
• Conduct 1-on-1 Candidate Qualification / Profile Discussions and build Antal Placable Candidates .
• Source,
screen and coordinate candidates for end-to-end recruitment mandates.
• Identify and connect with companies, HR leaders & decision-makers for business development.
• Understand client hiring requirements and generate recruitment mandates.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking.
• Track industry hiring trends, companies & projects to identify opportunities.
