? Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development (IT Sales)

? Location: Chennai (Full-time, On-site)

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, generate and manage inbound leads, handle key accounts, and build lasting client relationships. You'll craft growth strategies, engage prospective clients, and work closely with stakeholders and our internal Business Analyst team to drive business objectives forward.

What You'll Do

✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities

✅ Generate, qualify, and manage inbound leads

✅ Build and manage client accounts and relationships — both domestic and international

✅ Prepare proposals based on client scope, working closely with our Business Analyst team who assist with scope analysis and proposal preparation

✅ Conduct timely, consistent follow-ups with prospects and clients





✅ Keep CRM records updated with accurate lead status and activity

✅ Drive monthly conversions and consistently meet sales targets

✅ Develop and execute strategies for sustained business growth

What We're Looking For

? Must have prior experience managing website and mobile app development clients

? Experience preparing proposals for website/app projects

? Strong skills in new business development and lead generation

? Experience in business and account management

? Proven experience handling both domestic and international clients

? Disciplined approach to follow-ups, CRM updates, and pipeline management

? Excellent verbal and written communication in your native language and English

? Self-starter who thrives independently and within a team

? Experience in the tech / mobile app development industry is a solid advantage

? Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/database tools
