Role Overview

- Job Title: Business Development Manager - Events

- Department: Sales and Business Development

- Goal: Grow company revenue by securing corporate events, brand activation, conferences, and experiential marketing projects.

- Based out of Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find current clients through cold outreach, networking, and industry research.

- Client Pitching: Create custom proposals, cost estimates, and engaging sales presentations.

- Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with brand managers and decision-makers.

- Account Management: Build strong relationships to turn one-time clients into repeat customers.

- Team Collaboration: Work with the Event Manager creative and operations teams to ensure client requests match what the company can deliver.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B sales, event marketing, or hospitality.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Skills:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Good understanding of event budgeting and pricing.

- Knowledge of CRM tools to track leads and sales pipelines.
