Job Responsibilities

- Ensure that commercial establishments obtain proper licenses for using Novex music as per the Copyright Act, 1957.

- Regular field visits to hotels, restaurants, malls, pubs, bars, event venues, resorts, convention halls, and banquet functions.

- Oversee regular audits of hotels and supervise license fee collection on a daily basis.

- Identify cases of unauthorized use of music and communicate with the event manager, hotel staff, or venue owner for lawful license collection.

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and venue representatives.

- Submit regular field reports to the management

Job Requirements

- Minimum 7 -8 years of sales management experience.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.





- MBA/Diploma from recognized institute.

- Proficiency in the local language

- Local resident

- As job demands extensive travelling should have 2 wheeler and valid driving license

- Must be physically & mentally fit.

- Must hold a valid passport.

- Proven sales performance and team management experience.

- Understanding of the industry and market dynamics.

Age Criteria

- Candidates should be between 32 to 38 years of age.
