Team as a Product Development Manager / Travel Designer /n Company: MG Tours & Travels India Pvt. Ltd. /n : Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable travel experiences and designing custom itineraries? MG Tours & Travels is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Development Manager / Travel Designer to help us build exceptional tour packages and curated travel products for our clients. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Research, design, and develop innovative domestic and international tour packages and travel itineraries.

/n

- Establish and manage relationships with local vendors, hoteliers, ground operators, and tourism boards.

/n

- Monitor travel market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to refine product strategies.

/n

- Negotiate rates and contract terms with suppliers to ensure maximum profitability and competitive pricing.

/n

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product collateral and campaign strategies.

/n

- Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries.

/n

- Provide pre-travel and on-trip assistance to clients. /n




- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide personalized service. /n
- Develop and manage new products from concept to launch. /n
- Conduct market and competitor research. /n
- Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies. /n
- Create tailored Hajj & Umrah packages and pilgrimage itineraries where applicable. /n
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and local partners.

/n /n Requirements: /n /n

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

/n

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in travel product development, tour design, or itinerary planning within the travel/hospitality industry.

/n

- Skills: Solid knowledge of global destinations, vendor negotiation, budgeting, and itinerary curation.

/n

- Tools: Proficiency in travel reservation systems, GDS, Microsoft Office, and travel planning software.
