Business Development Manager / Senior Manager Chennai and Bengaluru

Eligibility & salary structure

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in any discipline and an MBA (marketing or sustainability preferred).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development.

CTC: Rs. 12,00,000 per annum (45% fixed and 55% variable), linked to achievement of targets.

Key responsibilities

Order book. Carry and deliver an annual order-booking and revenue target for the Chennai / Bengaluru territory.

Pipeline. Build a qualified pipeline across industry, infrastructure, PSUs, government departments,

multilateral agencies, CSR foundations and developers.

Bids. Track tenders and EOIs, drive go / no-go decisions, and lead commercial and technical bid preparation with our subject-matter experts.

Proposals. Convert client problems into scoped, priced and defensible proposals for EIA, ESG, restoration,

greening and renewable energy mandates.

Relationships. Own key accounts end-to-end and grow them into repeat and multi-year engagements.

Market intelligence.



Feedback on BRSR, CSR, carbon market and regulatory shifts so our service lines stay ahead of demand.
